All prices on FishEye Collective are displayed and charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD). No hidden fees or currency conversion surprises.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

❌ Payment Declined?

If your payment is declined, please try the following:

  • Double-check your card details
  • Ensure your billing address matches your card records

📦 When Will I Be Charged?

Your payment is processed immediately at the time of purchase. You will not be charged until your order is confirmed.

🔄 Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund under our Return & Refund Policy, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return is approved.
