π¦ Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition
- Be unopened in original packaging or never been used
- Include all original accessories and components
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
π Exchanges
We also accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery under the same conditions as returns.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
- Contact us at support@fisheyecollectives.com with your order number
- Request your exchange and specify the replacement item
- Return the original item using the prepaid return label
- Once received and inspected, your exchange will be processed

A prepaid return label is included in your package. You do not need to pay for return shipping. Simply use the label provided to send the item back to us.
If your return label is missing, contact us immediately at support@fisheyecollectives.com and we will provide one.

π How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@fisheyecollectives.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Attach the prepaid return label included in your package
- Drop it off at your nearest post office or courier collection point
π° Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 10 business days
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account after we process it.

β οΈ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
β Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Items not in original packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
